As the lead designer, I was responsible for designing the user interface of a help chatbot for an existing web application.
The goal was to develop an intuitive interface that effectively guides users through various processes,
while leveraging the existing Natural Language Processing (NLP) framework to enhance user interaction and support.



I led the design of the feature’s branding, including naming the feature and designing the logo. My goal was to create something
simple, friendly, and in alignment with the existing brand guidelines, while also making it engaging for both clients and users.

In addition, I designed the user interface that would be featured on the homepage, with the intention that it could
be easily adapted for future use in the mobile application.

This project was particularly enjoyable, as it provided an opportunity to create a feature that can significantly streamline user
navigation through complex processes in the application. I believe the chatbot will provide long-term value by making these tasks
more manageable for users.
