As a Junior UX Researcher at Syzl, I was tasked with identifying and recruiting participants who had
experience in the restaurant industry to aid in the development of a ghost kitchen application.
This included individuals involved in a variety of areas, such as buying and selling restaurant equipment,
owning a food truck, or renting space to establish and grow a food business.

Through qualitative interviews conducted both in person and remotely, I gathered valuable insights from participants.
Based on the research, I developed user personas that aligned with the experiences of the individuals interviewed.
It was both exciting and challenging to find participants who met the project criteria.

Additionally, I created a user journey map that combined the experiences of the participants,
identifying commonalities and patterns throughout their processes. This task was particularly insightful,
as I uncovered many steps in the process I hadn’t previously understood.

After completing the research, I was tasked with creating low-fidelity wireframes. This was an exciting opportunity
to directly apply the research I had gathered to my designs. What I particularly valued about this project was the
opportunity to engage with participants and apply these learnings to create informed and user-centric designs.
